RURAL LIBRARY APPLICATION PROCESS AND DEADLINES Thank you for you interest in applying for a CLiF Rural Library Sponsorship. Since we want to reach as many children as possible, we are looking for libraries and librarians that will be energetic, resourceful and creative in getting books to children, and encouraging children to develop a love for books. We are very interested in hearing your story. Our deadlines are February 1 and August 1 of each year. Applications must be postmarked by these dates in order to be considered for the current round. Libraries that are sponsored by a Rural Library Grant are eligible to reapply for another grant after five years. To download a copy of the application, please click here.
